This yoga program aims to keep your heart healthy and prevent any cardiovascular problems. It is great for low blood pressure. For friends who have experienced cardiovascular problems I will offer another sequence in near future. For now, just practice the final breathing technique/meditation. Suitable for all levels and including a version with adaptations using props.

The very ability to stop, when feeling a `sting` in the heart instead of coming from a reactionary place is a blessing of a simple practice: mindfulness. I would like to share a little introduction to this beautiful practice that consists of a warm up to calm down your mind followed by a guided mindfulness meditation. You will find it very useful in dealing with ambiguities of life that may get overwhelming for all of us these days.

This yoga program supports the circulation and removal of stagnant energy from main areas where our lymph nodes are located so that we can keep our system pure and nourished. We are massaging our hormonal glands and working on our autonomous nervous system to achieve an overall balance of our warrior within; the immune system. Suitable for all levels and including adaptations with props.
