A Different Layer of the Work
Inner Contemplation is the foundation underneath everything I teach.

A Different Layer of the Work
Where The Feminine Way is applied and life-focused, Inner Contemplation is the source — the methodology, the depth, and the framework that makes the work possible in the first place.
What Inner Contemplation Actually Is
Inner Contemplation is the developed capacity to observe and work with your own experience in real time.
It is the practice of presence and spontaneity. Of learning to meet life directly — with enough stillness to see what is actually there, and enough aliveness to respond from that place fully.
This is the work of reaching states of deep inner stillness while remaining completely engaged with life. Finding the extraordinary in a single simple moment. Bringing the vertical dimension of inner work — transcendence, stillness — into contact with the horizontal dimension of lived experience: love, kindness, and contentment.
This is not a concept. It is a capacity that develops through sustained, structured practice.

The Traditions It Draws From
This work integrates several disciplines — not as separate teachings, but as a unified way of working with experience.
The cultivation of awareness, stillness, and transcendence.
Approached as a complete system for working with body, energy, and perception, not as physical exercise.
A path of radical presence, where every aspect of existence becomes a doorway into deeper awareness.
Bridging the divide between body and mind, so that insight is not just understood but felt and integrated.
The sister science of yoga. A complete system for keeping the body healthy, strong, and vital — not through shortcuts, but through the intelligence of nature itself.
Longer-form processes that work beyond surface-level development, into deeper layers of the psyche and consciousness.
These traditions are not taught in isolation. They are integrated into a direct, applicable methodology.

Who This Work Is For
This work is for anyone who senses that there is more to life than what is on offer in mainstream wellness, self-development, or spiritual culture.
For people who want to live wholesomely — with a strong, healthy body, a clear and settled mind, and a life directed by genuine purpose rather than noise.
For those who are not interested in biohacking their way to wellness or collecting experiences and certificates. Who want something that goes deeper — a real relationship with their own inner life, built over time.
Some practices within this work require a foundation. Others are accessible from the beginning. What matters is the orientation — a genuine interest in working with yourself directly, with honesty and consistency.
How This Work Is Shared
Currently, aspects of this work are integrated into existing programs and private work.
More specific formats are in development — including advanced retreats, practitioner training, and teacher training courses for those who want to share these practices professionally.
Not everything will be made broadly accessible. What is offered will be shared in a way that preserves the depth and integrity of the work.
Updates on new formats will be shared over time.
FAQ
Over two decades of study and direct practice — drawing from yoga, meditation, tantra, and ayurveda, and also from intercultural learning, conflict analysis, and the study of how people actually change in the complexity of real life. The Inner Contemplation Methodologies developed not in isolation, but inside the pressure and specificity of working with real people navigating real lives.
The Feminine Way is applied and life-focused — structured around how women move through their daily lives. Inner Contemplation is the foundation underneath it. It is the source of the methodology, and it extends beyond the context of The Feminine Way into a broader, non-gendered body of work.
Not necessarily. Some practices require a foundation; others are accessible from the beginning. What matters more than prior experience is the orientation — a genuine desire to work with your own inner life directly, rather than looking for quick results or surface-level techniques.
Currently through private work and retreat. More formats — including practitioner training and teacher training — are in development. Reach out directly at contact@dijan.co or join the mailing list to stay informed.
This is where the work becomes less about improving your life — and more about understanding how you are actually experiencing it.
