Private retreat

Step out of your environment. Come back different.

Stepping out of your environment makes a real difference.

Being in a strong natural setting, with the right level of support and immersion, creates a different threshold of being.

You return to your life with more energy, more clarity, and a stronger connection to yourself.

The online work helps you create and sustain that shift within your daily life.

The retreat allows you to up-level into it.

The structure

This is a private, one-to-one retreat held in Bali.

The space, the rhythm, the food, and the practices are all designed to support you — so you can settle, focus, and engage with the work in a deeper way.

Who this is for

This is for you if:

  • you are ready to make yourself a priority for a few days
  • you want to step into a more supported and elevated way of working with yourself
  • you value depth and intention over variety
  • you want an experience that stays with you beyond the retreat itself

How it works

The retreat is structured over 3 days.

Each day includes:

  • 1.5 hour one-to-one session
  • 1.5 hour guided practice (yoga and meditation)
  • space for integration

The work is tailored to your needs and evolves as we go.

What we work on

The retreat begins with a Deep Dive Session.

From there, we:

  • map out what matters most right now
  • clarify priorities and direction
  • work through what needs attention
  • support what is ready to move forward

What is included

  • 3 private one-to-one sessions
  • 3 guided yoga and meditation sessions
  • 1 massage session
  • 4 nights accommodation (optional)
  • 1 meal per day on 3 working days
  • airport transfer (arrival and departure)

* The length of the retreat can be adjusted based on your needs. 3 working days is a minimum that has proven to be effective, but longer retreats can be arranged.

What changes when you do this

Being in one place, with the right structure and support, changes how deeply you can engage.

You are not switching back into daily life between sessions.

You have the space to stay with the process and move through things more completely.

This often creates a shift that is easier to carry back into your life.

Next steps

This is a private retreat.

Dates and structure are arranged individually based on mutual availability.

Sometimes a few days, used well, can shift more than months of trying to figure things out in between everything else.

Questions before planning a retreat

Is this more like a retreat or a working process?

It is a structured working process in a retreat setting. The environment supports the work, but the focus is on what actually shifts during those days.

Do I need prior experience with yoga, meditation, or this type of work?

No. Everything is adapted to your level and your needs. The practices are used as tools, not as something you need to master.

Why do this in person instead of continuing online?

Both have their place. Online work helps you build and stabilize change within your daily life. The retreat allows you to step out of your usual environment and go deeper, without interruption.

Will I be working the whole time, or is there space to rest?

There is both structure and space. Each day has a clear rhythm, but also time for integration, rest, and settling into the process.

Can the retreat be adjusted to my needs or schedule?

Yes. The length, structure, and focus can be adjusted based on your needs and availability.

What happens after the retreat ends?

You return to your life with a clearer direction and a different way of working with yourself. For many people, this is where ongoing work (online or one-to-one) becomes more precise and effective.

This retreat is part of a broader body of work.
